Goal
This competition is about:
- Lifting heavy
- Having fun
- Cheering each other on
- Challenging ourselves
General info
- Three events: Squat – Bench Press – Deadlift
- Wilks calculator used for fair scoring
- Three attempts per lift
- Best lift in each event counts
- The total of all best lifts = final result
Our culture
- All levels welcome

Safety first
- Lift with control
- Don’t attempt weights beyond your ability
- We compete to grow, not to get injured
Squat
Goal: Go deep, stand up strong.
Approved:
- Stable bar position
- Depth at least parallel or deeper
- Controlled movement throughout
Not approved:
- Shallow depth
- Loss of control
Bench Press
Goal: Lower the bar to your chest and press it up with control.
Approved:
- Feet on the ground
- Short pause on the chest
- Full lockout at the top
Not approved:
- Bouncing the bar
- Lifting the hips off the bench
Deadlift
Goal: Lift the bar to full lockout with straight legs and hips.
Approved:
- Smooth, continuous motion
- Clear lockout at the top
Not approved:
- Dropping the bar uncontrollably
- Hitching (bouncing the bar along the thighs)
Equipment
Allowed:
- Belt, wrist wraps, lifting straps, knee or elbow sleeves
- Regular gym clothing
- Own music before your lift
Not allowed:
- Competition suits
- Supportive gear or special suits
- “Magic tights”
Judges & Approval
Judges look for control, depth, pause, and lockout.
Two out of three approvals = lift counts.
We have judges – but we also have humor.
Prizes & Glory
Awards will be given for:
- Strongest lifter (1st, 2nd, 3rd place)
- Best technique
- Most fighting spirit
- And of course: the right to brag at the gym!
