INSTRUCTIONS: How to book a class for the Open House (Dec 6)

1. Go to the website

• Open your browser and visit www.verkstadsgymmet.fi
• Go to Membership
• Click on Events
• Select the product Open House
• Choose New Customer or Returning Customer and log in

2. Go to the booking calendar

• Once logged in, open the Booking Calendar
• Select Malax (all Open House classes are listed there)
• Go to the date 6 December

3. Book your class

• Find the class you want to join
• Click BOOK
• Confirm your booking
• A confirmation will be sent to your email

4. If the class is full – join the waiting list

• If the class is full, click QUEUE
• You’ll be added to the waiting list
• If someone cancels and a spot opens up, you’ll get an email notification

5. If you can’t attend

• If you’re sick or unable to participate, log in on the website
• Go to the booking calendar
• Cancel your booking so someone else can take your spot
• We appreciate that you cancel in time!
